What is Holistic Clinical Phytotherapy?
FCH (or in English HCP) is a term I have coined to integrate clinical phytotherapy, which is based on scientific evidence, with traditional clinical herbalism, which conceives the therapeutic use of medicinal plants through synergies to restore the living organism as a whole, as well as the organ that expresses the symptom.
Disease is not an independent entity, but rather the sum of several internal and external factors. Ultimately, it is the conjunction of the personal interaction between the individual, their idiosyncrasies, and their own environment. I am Mariam García, a licensed pharmacist specializing in clinical phytotherapy. I have worked as a pharmacist in Ireland, England, and Spain since 2001 and began my professional career as a clinical phytotherapist in 2017.
My approach focuses on integrating scientific knowledge with the ancestral wisdom of medicinal plants, offering customized solutions that promote comprehensive well-being. Through consultations tailored to your needs, I design programs based on herbal medicine, nutrition, and healthy habits, always under the principle that “Less is more”.
