- Clinical history intake: review of recent medical reports, blood and urine tests. - Clinical assessment form: During this process, I’ll ask you questions on multiple levels: physical (symptoms), mental, emotional, habits, hobbies, diet, work situation, family medical history, current supplements and medications (to assess potential interactions with medicinal plants).
This is the first step toward achieving a comprehensive, tailored approach to your health. It allows me to explore the underlying causes of your condition and select the most suitable medicinal plant blend and nutritional recommendations,
